Returns & Refunds
At Nex AUTO, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process in accordance with the guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, including all components, accessories, and documentation.

The product has not been installed, modified, or tampered with.

Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) is required.
Items that cannot be returned include:

Electrical or electronic components (due to testing and compatibility risks)

Custom-ordered or special-order parts

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
2. Return Authorization
Before sending any product back, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Returns sent without an approved RMA may be rejected or delayed.
3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was shipped incorrectly, arrived damaged, or is defective upon arrival.

Nex AUTO is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

If the return is approved due to a Nex AUTO error, a prepaid return label will be provided.
4. Inspection & Approval
Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets return criteria.
Returns may be denied or partially refunded if:

The item is used, installed, damaged, or missing parts

Packaging is destroyed or incomplete

The product differs from the condition originally shipped
Inspection typically takes 3–5 business days after delivery to our facility.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund timeline:

Bank/credit card posting: Up to 7 business days, depending on financial institution
Refunds may be reduced by:

Shipping charges (unless the return is due to Nex AUTO error)

6. Restocking Fees
A 15–25% restocking fee may apply for:

Incorrectly ordered parts

Buyer’s remorse or non-defective returns

Open-box items that remain resellable but not in original sealed condition
Restocking fees help cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:

Incorrect or not as described
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue.
Nex AUTO will:

Investigate the claim

Provide replacements, refunds, or solutions as appropriate

Cover return shipping for verified claims
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for compensation.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges are processed as returns. Once your return is approved and refunded, you may place a new order for the desired item.
9. Non-Delivery or Lost Packages
If a package is marked “delivered” but not received:

Replacement or refund eligibility depends on carrier confirmation and investigation results.
