Nex AUTO partners with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other reputable delivery services.

4. Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to:

Nex AUTO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs, or factors outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 3 business days so we can open a carrier investigation.
Resolution may include:

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Nex AUTO is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. Oversized or Heavy Items
Some auto parts—such as bumpers, engines, transmissions, or large components—may require special freight shipping.
In such cases:

8. Damaged Packages

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund and handle the shipping claim.
Damage reported after 48 hours may not qualify for compensation.
